Account Manager - Telesales  

Office-based in Essex 

Up to £35-45k + strong package

The role:

  • Account Manager – Telesales to manage the dynamic Telesales team and drive commercial growth for the business through best-in-class account management.
  • To drive commercial opportunities for the business by engaging new and existing clients on the telephone.
  • Responsible for annual budgets and forecasts, and driving margin and volume growth.
  • To develop and motivate the Telesales Accounts team and work closely with cross-functional sales and finance teams within the group.


Ideal candidate:

  • Experience of the FMCG ingredients sector within a Commercial role.
  • Telesales experience with proven success in developing new and existing accounts.
  • Experience managing a small team and managing KPIs.
  • Improvements-focussed and motivated to deliver positive change and growth.
  • Highly numerate with strong understanding of P&L.
