PH1316 – Business Development Manager – Foodservice Food Concept
Location – Birmingham, Peterborough, Coventry, Northampton, Leicester, Cambridge
Salary – 30K-34K (42K OTE) Company Car or allowance, Full company benefits.
We are one of the leading food concept providers to the Foodservice sector across the UK.
Over the last 25 years we have developed to be a market leader in our field with a brand name synonymous with our products and services.
We provide a turn key food to go solution predominantly to education and contract catering providers.
The majority of our client base is secondary education focused but we also work with higher education, primary education and mainstream contract caterers.
Our success is based on implementing high service levels but also continued and strong NPD to enable our range to be both accessible, nutritious and appealing to our target consumers.
We are currently seeking to add to our sales team for 2022 in several areas across the country.
This position is focused on managing and developing an account base across a designated territory.
You will be responsible for managing the existing account base across the area which predominantly consists of education and contract catering establishments.
The account management focus is to retain and grow existing relationships and continue to introduce new product lines to established customers.
We believe that, although our product and brand has an established foothold in the UK Foodservice sector that there is still significant opportunity for further growth.
As a result, you will also be targeted to attract new customers within your region.
We are offering a strong package and commission scheme in order to incentivize candidates who are passionate and effective in area growth.
We are seeking to speak to candidates with a strong background in Foodservice passionate about working for a leading brand.
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in sales to Foodservice end users.
- Candidates with exposure, experience to working with education clients are of particular interest.
- Candidates must be strong at new business and be able to communicate at both contract catering manager and buyer level.
- Candidates must be effective team players who are keen to be part of a company at an exciting time of regrowth.
