Marketing Controller/ Senior Brand Manager - Plant Based Brand

This is an amazing role working with a hugely talented and motivated team and an even more exciting award winning Plant Based brand.

The Plant unit is the greatest source of Value Creation for my client.   This role will be to lead the brand marketing agenda and bring the consumer and brand voice to all workstreams. Its a brand with a vocal and supportive fanbase of influencers and consumers and a critical differentiator in its meat mimic delivery that’s embedded at the heart of the brand and business.

The candidate will own all Marketing efforts so needs to come with experience in Proposition / NPD, Branding and Packaging artwork and development, Shopper marketing and Digital communications, preferably in an FMCG and/or retail environment and with a strong understanding of the retail and digital/social environment. 

The role is autonomous and a key member of the leadership team. It requires a strong strategic focus and executional excellence in delivery.  

It’s a great opportunity to build a Brand rapidly with a fantastic team around and in support off a strong bedrock but with plenty of scope to define the final destination of the Brand and welcome input into the strategic direction of the Plant Business Unit.

The role is South East England based with a very attractive salary and package.
