But not so much the calories...

My client is disrupting the bakery category with an HFSS approved, low calorie, low sugar alternative that gives you all the taste but removes the junk. From opening their first store in Brighton in 2021, my client is now infiltrating the grocery market across the South East with freshly delivered products and are looking to recruit for the next phase of their growth.

  • Manage activation across grocery accounts throughout London & South East
  • Build relationships with store managers to ensure cabinets and in store display equipment are maximising sales
  • Responsible for ensuring our cabinets and in store display equipment always look presentable and are maintained to a high standard
  • Oversee and audit execution of store displays by delivery drivers. This will mean 1 early morning per week travelling with the delivery drivers from Park Royal office to reinforce high standards
  • Work alongside and report to the Retail Partnerships Director to activate marketing plans at a store level
  • Manage and implement in-store trials and demonstrations

  • Ideally 2+ years relevant work experience in Field Sales or Store Execution
  • Experience of managing and positioning branded POS equipment a bonus (e.g. chillers/freezers/drinks dispensing equipment)
  • Experience working in the UK Off-Trade, dealing with UK Grocery sites preferable
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial and takes initiative
  • Good relationship building & communication skills
  • Good organisational skills that can adapt to an agile working environment
