A Senior NAM hire with a difference!  A SNAM appointment which will see you lead the Grocery agenda with a small yet perfectly formed team reporting to a Sales Director who is unbelievably good, and someone you can absolutely learn from to further develop your career.

This is a London based FMCG challenger like no other.  You have a balance of structure and direction, coupled with the autonomy, authority and freedom to make your desired impact. You can push boundaries here and we’re looking for a National Account Manager who wants to work in an environment where what you say matters and you’re given the opportunity to grow, all at the same time doing the right thing!  Business, people planet!  Work/ life balance is important too and they offer real flexibility!

What are we talking about in responsibilities?

  • Full P&L accountability, JBP negotiation and development etc. across Top 6 Grocery retail.
  • Balance a variety of accounts with a variety of challenges from maintaining the full product listings and distribution in one Top 6 account, vs driving the growth agenda in the recently won Tesco account to be the No2 in the business within 18 months.
  • Juggling multiple buyer relationships, prioritisation being key.
  • Inspiring those around you to do right and push boundaries.
  • Team leadership and development, very much leading by example.

What we’re looking for in experience and character:

  • FMCG Top 6 Grocery or lead retail experience.
  • Resilience!  If you get scale-up, you know why this is important.
  • Strength in commercial acumen – you’re creative with numbers.
  • You’re capable of managing upwards and stakeholders both internally as well as externally.
  • Ambition!  You need to be knocking on the door of the Sales Director with the confidence to say ‘this is how we should be doing things!’
