We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager to lead the brand equity and communications agenda for Quaker and be an instrumental part of setting the future direction of this iconic brand. Our ambition is to accelerate brand growth and there is a transformational and packed agenda of plans. What you will get up to:

  • A key team player setting the strategy and 3-5 Year PSP plans for Quaker Core Hots resulting in the best communications strategy to accelerate brand growth.
  • Contribute to the development of a purposeful brand positioning (In partnership with the Global team) which is made relevant for the UK market through insightful campaigns and activations.
  • Be a key player in the development of the masterbrand communication strategy over the PSP horizon - including touchpoint strategy (media/social/digital).
  • Lead (together with agency partners) the development of the influencer and social strategy including channel choices, and creative content strategy and content development.
  • Be a strong partner with Cross Functional & Cross Agency Leads on development of winning Quaker initiatives and plans.

 

 

 


What we are looking for:

 

 

 

  • Strong strategic mentality, with proven ability to take consumer and customer insight and translate into plans that unlock brand growth.
  • A strong drive for results, comfortable with embracing challenges, be a natural motivated leader and comfortable working at fast pace with cross functional teams.
  • Communication planning excellence- proven ability to envision communication agencies behind a consumer driven brief & unlock communication plans which drive incrementality to the brand.
  • Extensive experience in using digital touchpoints and social media to drive strong engagement with brands, including influencer marketing.
  • Impacting and influencing senior management with plans and recommendations - Turning complex business cases into easy to digest sound bites / core messages to enable swift buy in of senior management.
