We are working with a highly thought of Fresh Produce business who have been around for more than 25 years. They work with some of the top Supermarkets in the country and are always looking to be at the forefront of UK fruit crop production. As a result of growth, they are currently looking to take on a Commercial Manager to help them continue this and take things to the next stage. About the Role
You will be working very closely with the MD and supporting an Account Manager as well. You will be one of the key contacts for their supermarket relationships and will be responsible for ensuring their requirements are discussed, understood and met. You will be in a strong position to influence the customers during a time of significant challenge within the UK's fresh produce production. The Ideal Candidate
You will need to have a background of working with the Retailers. If this was within Fresh Produce, then great, but a good knowledge of very short shelf life products is crucial. Personality fit with the business is crucial. They succeed and fail as a team. You will be involved with building growth strategies for both new and existing customers, so strong commercial acumen in these areas is very important for the success of the role. How to apply:-
