Commercial Manager | Worcester | Fresh Produce
About the Company:-
We are currently working with a very highly regarded Fresh Produce business who are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager to their team. They have been growing produce for over 40 years and have been supplying the retailers directly for most of this time.
About the Role:-
You will be working closely with the Commercial Director to ensure you have the full support to progress your accounts. You will be given a good amount of autonomy to run your accounts as you see fit within the strategic framework that the business will set out. You will be the customer champion internally, ensuring your voice is heard and the accounts are serviced appropriately.
The Ideal Candidate:-
You will have previous experience of working within Retail Account Management ideally within Fresh Produce, but definitely within a fast moving food category. Attitude is crucial. You will need to be a team player and be willing to step outside of your job description should the need arise. It goes without saying, but strong written and verbal communication is crucial.
