Are you a National Account Manager looking for a new challenge and that step up to SNAM? Are you looking for a role which offers autonomy and a real chance to make your mark and take a brand to the next level.

Led by energetic and committed entrepreneurs with top-level industry experience, they are nimble and can act quick yet highly professional which allows them to separate themselves from their competitors! To say there is no red tape here would be an understatement!

This newly created, home-based Senior NAM position will see you manage top-4 plus wider retail. As well as Account Management this is a Business Development role so you need that hunter mentality! Fully P&L responsible, you will be given the autonomy to make this channel your own, building strategy and implementing. This really is one of those roles that does not come along very often.

Key duties include;

  • Developing and executing sales strategy across the retail channel
  • Developing mutually beneficial JBP’s and delivering on high growth sales targets
  • Analyse performance to identify key insights and growth opportunities
  • Fully P&L responsible
  • Build powerful relationships with buyers
  • Successfully sell in NPD

The candidate will be/have;

  • Branded FMCG Experience across Top 6
  • Full P&L and JBP experience
  • Can demonstrate success in account management and business development
  • A relationship led approach
  • Driven, ambitious with a pro-active approach Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
