• Office based 2 days a week North London

The role:

• The successful Strategy Manager Supply Chain will use their consulting background to support the business through leading and coordinating supply chain transformation projects that will deliver on strategic objectives
• The Strategy Manager Supply Chain will have experience of working with a strategy toolkit and will engage with stakeholders across the business including regular engagement with the C suite.
• The Strategy Manager Supply Chain will support the strategic capabilities of the wider team through leading on risk management, scenario planning and systematic framework development quality and drive profitability

Ideal candidate:

• You will have a have been classically trained in consultancy ideally within supply chain and will comfortable working with a strategy toolkit
• It is essential that you can demonstrate excellent project management skills and thrive in a collaborative positive environment.
• Working as part of a team you must have excellent relationship building skills you will be able to communicate and influence with stakeholders at all levels
• As Strategy Manager Supply Chain you must have excellent strategic framework management skills and a track record of building up key strategic capabilities  
• You will have excellent project management, strategic thinking and leadership skills and will be able to work independently on your own initiative or as part of a wider cross functional team a self-starter with can-do attitude
• You will thrive in a growth orientated fast paced environment with high levels of integrity and a community feel

• Salary up to £43k plus, car allowance, bonus benefits

• Role is split between 2 days in North London head office, 2 days at home, 1 day in supplier/in the field
