We are looking for a talented, entrepreneurial brand manager to help us bring our growth ambition to life. Working in a small, agile team with end-to-end responsibility for the UK&I, you'll have the chance to put your stamp on the marketing and growth plans for the brand's expansion.

This is a 12 month role.

What you will get up to:

  • Lead the execution of the brand expansion plans and activations; working with agency partners, perfect execution, total comms planning & shopper teams to bring the brand plans to life (including media, shopper, brand partnerships)
  • Work with the Marketing Director on the development of brand comms and campaign ideas, leading translation of ideas across channels & asset optimisation.
  • Manage Innovation process Gate 0 - Gate 5 (i.e. working with cross-functional teams to scope out innovation through to commercial attractiveness and market launch + performance tracking) for commercial Innovation projects

    What we are looking for:
  • Strong brand management experience - with proven experience in developing strategies, aligning senior stakeholders, driving the brand agenda, project management, delivering successful communication programs, innovation launches and brand activations.
  • Media & Digital savviness - you have a clear understanding of how brands grow in a modern marketing world
  • Insight & Analytical skills - You're confident with data and financials and can translate those into actionable brand recommendations
  • Lead monthly performance analysis & reporting inc. NPD tracking, and work closely with sales / perfect execution / perfect store to translate insights into action.
  • Lead creation of retailer selling stories, sales conference decks, and internal brand launches
