Senior Category Manager required to join a market leader.

Our client is a market leader in their chosen category with a reputation for creating fantastic products that consumers love and retailers want more of.

To meet demand from retailers and provide the correct level of service in NPD, commercial planning and category support they seek to appoint an individual able to develop a category vision that will inspire retail customers across the UK shopping landscape.  

You will be comfortable navigating and planning your own strategic path whilst utilizing a variety of data sources such as Kantar, Nielsen, Aimia and retail link.  This will enable you to identify not just market trends but future opportunities that can be capitalised through your interaction with retail customers on a face to face basis. 

This input will be decisive in creating NPD and packaging changes along with ranging and merchandizing which will revolutionize the market you will operate in.

With proven experience in a commercial category function this will provide an opportunity to further develop your skill set.
