In this role you will primarly be selling space across a variety of brands in my clients portfolio, using negotiation skills to build important long-lasting relationships and close deals while always looking for that next lead.

  • You will be responsible for an assigned territory with a focus on maximising sales in that region.
  • Networking with businesses in your local area to understand what needs and requirements they have for flexible workspace.
  • Achieve company set KPIs and targets in line with the company's growth strategy.
  • As Area Sales Manager you will be selling across a variety of brands within our client's portfolio.
  • Build strong and robust relationships with clients you are dealing with. Including negotiating and closing deals.
  • Prospect new opportunities through a variety of methods.
  • Work closely and effectively with wider teams in your assigned territory.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service every day.
  • The role will be based on your assigned territory.


Profile
  • Background working in B2B Sales, Hospitality, Leisure, or any industry which has sales at the heart of the day-to-day job.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and targeted environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Team player
  • Ambitious with a passion for meeting new people and networking.


Job Offer
  • Excellent working environment.
  • A basic salary between £40,000 and £43,000
  • Realistic OTE between £60,000 and £70,000
