Job Title – Field Sales Executive

Location – Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Herefordshire & Hertfordshire

Salary – competitive basic plus commission and company car

We have removed flitter from our cards, use Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified paper across our entire range and have drastically reduced our use of plastics. We print almost all of our cards in the UK. And we won’t stop there. We’ll keep trying to be the most responsible ‘us’ we can be. We embrace diversity in our content and in our values. We will continue to challenge ourselves on inclusivity and social responsibility as we develop new products. We feel lucky to do what we do. And we feel it’s important to give back to the community we live in. In 2022 we will be fundraising for Young Minds.

The role:

  • Your responsibilities will include providing commercial support to our wide range of customers, developing existing accounts and helping to bring in new business
  • Developing new customer relationships in conjunction with our Sales Support team
  • Managing and maintaining excellent relationships with our existing customer base
  • Travelling to customer sites within designated territory

Key Responsibilities

  • Finds new and innovative ways of meeting the demands and needs of customers
  • Contributes to the sales team by meeting deadlines and individual targets
  • Travels to meet with potential clients
  • Carrying samples of product and presenting them to customers
  • Allows sales team to make their goals by contributing to a team atmosphere
  • Makes sure that all products are in proper placement
  • Sets up displays as necessary
  • Meets with clients regarding product sales and promotions
  • Resolves any and all customer complaints as it pertains to the products
  • Makes face-to-face sales with any consumers
  • Provides pamphlets and other written material to encourage consumers to purchase products
  • Analyses the competition to prevent a decline in sales and maintain market share
  • Attends any conventions that promote the sale of the product
  • Engages customers by finding their needs and resolves any complaints that a customer may have
  • Writes orders and ensures that product arrives in a timely fashion

Skill set

People Person, Sales Oriented, Customer Satisfaction, Travel, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Verbal Communication Skills, Basic Computer Literacy, Basic Math Skills, Client Relationship Management.
