An exciting opportunity to join William Grant & Sons, to activate our premium and luxury spirits brands by implementing programmes in our On Trade outlets.

The Role

  • Manage a core number of Premium, Select and Exclusive accounts within a territory to deliver the On Trade brand building plan and activation programme.
  • Securing portfolio range distribution and cocktail menu status in key outlets to drive advocacy and sales of our brands.
  • Network with the key influencers in the territory and key route to market colleagues.
  • Achieve preferred premium partner status with key outlets by developing tailored solutions to meet consumer and customer needs.
  • Establishing expert status through advice on the Spirits Category, proposing range by segmentation.
  •  Identify new brand and outlet opportunities that enable the targeting of the right consumers.
  • Promote WG&S brands through own social media accounts, and work in partnership with customers to identify social media opportunities to promote our brands.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a self-driven individual, with strong financial acumen and the ability to demonstrate an understanding of the balance between commercial delivery and the brand building agenda. They will have exceptional organisation and presentation skills, as well as strong experience in customer relationship building. Sales and/ or marketing experience in the On Trade is desirable.

The Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits which are designed to promote our employees’ financial wellbeing. Employees are also eligible to participate in a bonus plan. We offer Private Healthcare and a remote GP service called Doctor@Hand, along with Life Assurance at eight times your basic annual salary. Our employees can join a defined contribution pension plan, contributing either 4% or 5% through salary sacrifice, with the company contributing 8% or 10% depending on the employee contribution.
