National Account Manager for a leading business in the sports sector.

Client Details

As a leading organisation within the sports industry, the business have grown from strength to strength both before the pandemic and after.

They offer their customers a huge choice of products and brands in multiple categories, and pride themselves on value add service as well as their excellent reputation. Investment is hugely important to the business, and their constant acquisition of new brands highlights their desire to continue their incredible success.

They are now looking to add a National Account Manager to their team.


As National Account Manager, you will report into the Head of National Accounts and take responsibility for a number of accounts across highstreet retail and online.

Working alongside the existing team you will be responsible for ensuring for building and growing the high street retail business. You will manage your defined customers and help to drive the national retail growth plan.

This dynamic role requires a confident and determined approach, a positive outlook and passion for the product, with the ability to multi-task whilst working on your own initiative.


Role requirements:
  • Operating at National Account Manager level with experience of working with highstreet retailers.
  • Experience of managing a sizeable P&L.
  • Ideally non food FMCG but food candidates will be considered.
  • Ability to manage a large portfolio of SKUs/Brands.
  • Commercial experience and negotiation through ownership of pricing, terms and marketing investment.

Up to £50,000 + car allowance, bonus of up to 30% + benefits
