Salary - Based on experience but competitive

About our Client:-
We are working with a large and forward thinking B2B ingredients business who have seen a lot of growth over the last few years. With multiple global links, the company are brilliantly positioned to look at trends from all over the world and to guide their customers with a much broader outlook. They deal with a large range of customers ranging from smaller to larger orders. As a result of the growth they have experienced, they are looking to appoint an Account Manager to their establish team.

About the role:-
You will be working as part of an experienced and driven team. You will be responsible for a number of Key Accounts for the business and will be tasked with understanding the customers and their strategies, enabling the business to support them effectively. Naturally you will be tasked with Sales growth, but this is to be done in a sustainable and effective way. They want to work in partnership with their customers to ensure continued and mutual success. You will be working as part of driven team who all pull in the same direction.

The Ideal Candidate:-
Specific industry experience is important but culture fit and attitude is crucial. They are looking for someone who is driven to improve and hungry to develop their own career. Ideally you will have a background in drinks, either within alcoholic or non-alcoholic. You will be used to supplying retailers and be looking to take this knowledge and apply it in a different way, but helping a range of manufacturers achieve better results. The team work on the premise that they all "succeed together". You will need to embody this in order to be truly successful within the business.

Experience required:-
They are open minded on the amount of experience you bring to the role and are able to adapt the role (and salary) to suit someone with 5 years' experience or 10+ years' experience.
