Job Details

The Advocate Group is working in partnership with a leading spirits business with an exciting product portfolio going through substantial growth! The business is accelerating at large speed, whilst continuing to add to their innovative and dynamic portfolio of premium spirits.

We are leading the search for an experienced Brand manager who will be responsible for ensuring development and implementation of brand strategy and objectives in line with the global brand plans.

The Responsibilities:

  • Devise and implementation of the brands UK P+L and management of the brands budget.
  • Develop the annual brand plan with input from multiple stakeholders
  • Develop all activation within agreed brand plan. Trade (brand selling) and consumer (brand building) related.
  • Work alongside internal functions such as sales and customer marketing to capatilise on Customer activity and activation.
  • Manage the brands price and positioning through commercial understanding with the Sales team.

The Person:

  • Strong brand management experience with the ability to strategically plan with brand growth as a focus.
  • Experience within the FMCG industry, ideally within drinks or spirits.
  • High commercial acumen, with strong organsiational and time management skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple stakeholders across all levels.
  • Challenger mindset, with the drive to succeed, drive direction and excel targets.
