The company I am currently headhunting for represents a brand who are outperforming the wider market. Sizeable enough to offer scope and opportunity for growth, yet small enough to allow you the autonomy to make your mark and put your own stamp on things; they’re projecting to grow the business by 100% over the next couple of years and believe me, they will do it! They are the fastest-growing company in their category and have seen growth of 200% Y.O.Y over the past couple of years through the development of their eCommerce & Retail channels. You will be responsible for accelerating the brand growth in Asda, Morrisons & Waitrose, and to top it off, the business literally has the best tasting snacking range in the world (in my personal opinion!). They are already ahead of the curve from a HFFS perspective and have several compliant products in production as we speak!

This is a home-based position that will see you in the office two days a week. The role will see you take the lead with the Morrisons, Asda & Waitrose accounts. The portfolio has a range of opportunities within each of the accounts above from gaining additional shelf space to different pack sizes and product sizes. The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate a high level of commerciality, strategic JBP development and implementation. What else?

  • Increasing distribution of core range
  • P&L responsibility
  • Strategic development of the major multiples
  • Customer relationship development and enhancement
  • Collaboration with customer and internal colleagues on NPD development and sign off

The successful candidate will hold Top 6 Grocery retail experience, specifically with Morrisons or Asda, either with current or previous experience would be a significant advantage. In this role you will be able to demonstrate strategic JBP development and management as well as commercial P&L management. The role will suit someone with the following behaviour/ characteristics:
