This business use technology to revolutionise ingredient solution supply into food manufacturers. The technology connects manufacturers to growers around the world and removes a lot of the admin and spreadsheet management that often weighs down buying teams.
The founder and his team have been handling sales for the business and have got some food manufacturers on board as early adopters, all is progressing very well for these customers but as business ramps up they need a dedicated sales lead to get in front of lots of manufacturers and sell this to them.
They have strong backing and investment and have an experienced food manufacturing industry leadership team already with leaders in technical, buying and logistics from well known fast growth businesses.
To begin with this is a business hunting and sales role but they have plans and funding to hire more people into the team so in short time this role has potential to develop into being a leader of a team if that is the career route you want.
Basic salary on offer between £60k and £100k with an excellent options package on top. The business will look to IPO from 5 years onwards and they want everyone who has helped grow the business to earn from this.
The offices are in London with flex to work from home.
