Are you an experienced secretary who is looking for a new challenge? Do you thrive in a busy environment and enjoy working with like minded people? Do you have knowledge of the property sector? If so, let's talk!
In this role as a team secretary, you will be joining a major player in the rural sector. You will be based in the St Albans office however this client has a range of offices all over the UK. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including inbound and outbound calls, scheduling meetings, greeting visitors and ensuring diaries are kept up to date.
The ideal candidate for this role will have secretary experience and be able to handle a busy workload, whilst supporting a range of senior staff across a range of tasks. You will ideally be familiar with the property sector, if not then someone with similar industry knowledge is desirable.
