Signature Career Management are partnered with an awesome organisation that are looking to bring on a commercial superstar into their growing commercial team to work on growing their Prestige End User channel. This opportunity will allow you to carve out your own successful career, and with a pipeline getting stronger and stronger with future customers across retail and OOH, this is a business that is only going to go one way and that is up!

With the founder having a great deal of experience already within the FMCG industry, you will be tasked with bringing passion and excitement to the customers and with an amazing and inspiring story on how they created the business, this shouldn’t be a problem at all! Your main focus will be driving new business through the Premium/High End Hotels, Bars and Clubs by educating customers on the lifestyle benefits, marketing campaigns, delivering feature space, NPD and running promotions.

Main responsibilities consist of…

• Leading the drive of Lifestyle category, responsible for winning new business and managing those relationships across Prestige/High End Hotels, Bars and Clubs
• Generating leads for targeted accounts and executing the outreach strategy and managing a fast-moving sales pipeline.
• Managing customer accounts, providing marketing collaterals, and organising stock delivery and invoicing.
• Report on sales performance, perform demand planning and create case studies for internal and external stakeholders.

What are they looking for…?

• 1 years’ experience working with Prestige/High End/On-Trend Hotels, Bars and Clubs
• A desire to grow a small brand into a household name and play a key part in their journey
• Deliverables and objectives focused
• Enthusiastic, friendly and positive mentality
• Passion for the Lifestyle category is a must!

Start-ups aren’t for everyone. They take hard work and dedication and you kind of have to treat them as if they’re your own. This won’t be a 9-5 but the reward is massive.
