A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a successful and driven commercial leader from the FMCG or CPG industry to join this consumer electronics client as their new Sales Director looking after the Benelux and Nordics regions, continuing to drive strong sales performance and drive brand presence and market share across the product portfolio.

The Sales Director - Nordics & Benelux (Consumer Electronics) will;
  • Develop the assigned market in accordance with my clients' Sales & Marketing strategy
  • Oversee the tactical sales, marketing and training plan in each channel across the assigned territories
  • Motivate and manage the sales teams and key stakeholders to increase sales performance ensuring all KPIs are met and exceeded
  • P&L management of the assigned regions, delivering operating profit to plan
  • Commercial planning to appraise all sales related and growth opportunities & ROI
  • Guarantee the correct and accurate reporting of sales results and forecasts to HQ
  • Attending relevant trade shows and exhibitions for the business and all relevant conference and events
  • Stay in top of market conditions, trends and challenges, opportunities to grow and expand and constant review of competitors in the relevant markets


The Sales Director - Nordics & Benelux (Consumer Electronics) will have;
  • Strong experience in a similar role in the consumer electronics industry
  • Ideally experience of working with Elkjop in the region
  • European experience in the industry across the relevant regions; Nordics & Benelux
  • Ideally degree educated or similar equivalent
  • Proven track record of overachieving in sales results and performance, strong example of growth with major customers or distributors
  • Strong ability to drive key relationships both internally and externally
  • Goal-orientated, high achiever and string analytical and presentations skills
  • Demonstrable leadership skills, ability to drive a strong sales culture
  • Fluent in English with other language skills desirable
  • be based either in England or the Benelux / Nordics region - flexible on this
