This SME style food and drink manufacturer is leading their category in a market dominated by large international brands.  Oh and they are winning!!  The recipe for success comes from the creation of brilliant products, innovative NPD and a fast acting autonomous team who are empowered to make their own decisions

 

 

This mix has created an environment where year on year growth is above trend and recent equity investment will enable further expansion into new categories and channels.  To achieve their growth targets, they require a free thinking, commercial manager who is comfortable making their own decisions and being part of a team environment where the opportunity to try out new ideas is encouraged.

 

 

 

You will be managing a range of top 6 customers.  The mix will depend on your experience, which will include the ability to link the category story to the commercial plan and integrate marketing solutions that grow both volume and value of your accounts.

 

 

 

Managing the hard numbers to deliver your JBPs are as important to create the right ROI expected at board level as your ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
