The National Account Manager - Health & Beauty will;
  • Drive and develop effective strategies for the customers you will be responsible for in order to generate profitable, sustainable growth for my client
  • Look after a customer mix of Superdrug, Savers, Home Bargains & Wilkinson's
  • In conjunction with the marketing team, own and drive the UK channel strategy across my clients' three categories
  • Have a strong focus on range, price and promotion strategies
  • Be a key member of both the sales team and wider commercial team, collaborating closely with marketing and category management to maximise effective delivery
  • Continually look to develop your skills and source regular feedback from the wider team
  • Come with a clear focus on commercial delivery and output to achieve agreed sales targets, have a strong focus on customer planning and strategy development, customer growth and portfolio optimisation
  • Encourage great teamwork, develop innovative solutions and share ideas the team as well as line management


The National Account Manager - Health & Beauty will;
  • Have previous key or national account experience within an FMCG or consumer goods business
  • Have previous experience across discounters, high street or grocery channels
  • Have a track record of growing their accounts, developing and executing successful customer plans and increasing sales and profits
  • Have branded experience
  • Be self-motivated and able to work autonomously, able to work very effectively on their own but enjoying and utilising a strong team culture
  • Want to be in an environment where they can be innovative, creative and be a voice within a commercial team
  • Have access a minimum of 2 times per week to the Guildford office

Job Offer

circa £50,000 per annum (depending on experience) basic salary + car allowance + annual bonus + excellent benefits
