Signature Career Management are partnered with a Global FMCG brand who are looking to add to their Commercial team. Although a global blue chip, this company offer an autonomous, entrepreneurial environment with not a lot of red tape.

This home based role will see you take responsibility for a top 4 account plus a wider retail customer. Collaboration is key, you will partner with your customers to give category insight and build long lasting relationships resulting in a win/win for both parties. 2021 was a fantastic year gaining real market share.

How do you continue this growth?

Key responsibilities -

  • Deliver & exceed net sales and profitability targets in a complex and dynamic market
  • Drive customer and category growth to outperform the market and develop joint local business plans that further strengthen the brands and business relationships
  • Activate strategic initiatives in conjunction with Customer Marketing, such as New Product Development launches, above the line promotional campaigns & digital excellence
  • Forecast accurately in close collaboration with Demand Planning and the customer to reflect the ongoing sales plan
  • Excel in cross-functional working with departments including Customer Marketing, Business Controlling, Operations, Logistics and Third-Party vendors

You will be/have –

  • Full P&L and JBP responsibility
  • Able to demonstrate success at National Account level
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
  • An excellent communicator with strong presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a high attention to detail
  • A proven negotiator with a focus on win-win outcomes
  • Ambitious, self driven
  • Used category data and be confident in building a compelling sales story
