They have some exciting NPD, plans for international expansion and further investment into their core range.

Reporting into the Managing Director, you will have a dual role taking on responsibility for their export marketing and business development strategy. Your marketing remit which will be the emphasis of this role will involve taking responsibility for the development and implementation of the marketing strategy for the distributor countries. You’ll work across multiple channels, manage the marketing budget, take ownership for the full marketing mix from NPD through to packaging and execution and you’ll share best practice across different countries. Your business development remit will involve setting the short and long term commercial strategy for the distributor markets, the development and optimisation of direct and indirect market places and working collaboratively with local markets to drive growth.

The successful candidate will currently be a Marketing Manager/Marketing Controller looking to work in a global role. You’ll currently be working in a branded business and have a strong understanding of strategic planning, brand building, people management as well as experience working across multiple markets.

 

On an interpersonal level you’ll be able to communicate at all levels, work with different cultures and able to adapt your style accordingly. You’ll be hands on and keen to work in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
