This role presents a strong opportunity at Key Accounts Business Development level across the region.
Once successful in attaining the position, candidates will be responsible for developing new business opportunities across the Greater London area.
Many of these strategic accounts will be with multi site catering operations including Hotels, Education, Healthcare and contract catering.
Once these strategically targeted accounts are trading the Business Development Manager will be responsible for them short term investing further time on networking, cross selling and up selling with the client.
The successful candidate will be an experienced sales professional from within the foodservice industry.
- Will have experience of sales into the catering/foodservice sector.
- Is preferred to have a successful track record with pub, hotel and restaurant accounts.
- Will be comfortable with menu planning and food costing at chef level.
- Will have an extremely service based approach to sales.
- Will be able to demonstrate a successful track record in new business development across all areas of the foodservice market.
