We have an opportunities for Field Sales Agents, to cover the South-West and South Wales due to additional consumer electronic and houseware brands joining our current brand portfolio in Q2 2022. Our existing national sales team is growing due to the continued success of the business. Big Red Sales is over 11 years old and our structure needs to expand further in order to achieve our growth expectations for 2022 and beyond!

Our company works with quality brands such as Hitachi, Morphy Richards, Mitchell & Brown, Beyerdynamic as well as Euronics within the consumer electronics industry, department stores and garden centres, providing the brands we represent with a flexible efficient outsourced sales model.

The Job Role

To maximise sales of the brands we represent within your region, through the independent retail sector including Euronics and AIS members, independent CE, AV, Cookware stores and Garden Centres.

You will be responsible for

  • Planning the overall sales strategy for your region, Managing a wide portfolio of existing accounts, Prospecting and opening new accounts on behalf of the brands we represent, Introducing new products, promotions, POS and product demonstrations in order to drive sales and ensure products and our brands are effectively represented.

Requirements, Skills and Experience

The position is a self-employed commission-based role; therefore, you must be a highly motivated self-starter, driven by success and have experience and contacts across the independent sector and with regional key accounts.

Importantly you will have a record of achieving/exceeding your targets and will have the following skills and experiences:

  • A proven fmcg track record of successful selling
  • Self-motivated and ambitious
  • Computer literate
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A full UK clean driving licence
