A Client is a highly successful & well established Toy Business.

A vacancy exists for a general assistant to the Brand manager, but with the scope to learn and grow in the role from the best mentors in the business. There are considerable career opportunities eg our client expects this person to be looking for promotion after a year or two to Brand Manager, then Senior Brand Manager and possibly even Marketing Manager.

Candidates will undertake a wide and varied list of duties as directed by the Brand Manager. Candidates should have had experience of some of the following ( perhaps two or three minimum and any mix – they are not looking for a huge level of experience );

. Creating content for websites.
. Photography / Image creation.
. Brochure production.
. Writing product descriptions / ad copy.
. Involvement with PR and or advertising agencies.
. Above the line and or below the line marketing techniques
. Trade marketing / customer exposure.
. Social media.
. Brand / category analysis / gap analysis.
. Attending / helping to organise trade fairs.
. Marketing.
. Product launches.
. Promotional events.
. Packaging design.

Candidates can be from either a marketing or brand background 

Candidates can be from any FMCG category ( including both food and non-food ).

Candidates can be from either a B2B or B2C or B2B2C background.

Candidates need to be better than average at Excel, so competent plus a bit.

. The job holder will need to be in the office (South East ) every day so will need to be comfortable commuting. Ideally Middlesex, Berkshire, West London area.
