The Role
As the successful Buyer you will have responsibility for all purchasing of products and services including packaging, formulation, components and logistics services. You will lead and execute tendering, negotiating, contracting and contract management activities on significant spend areas within their category. You will be expected to Identify and lead opportunities within their category to drive performance in supply, cost, quality, innovation and risk.

The ideal fit
· Experience of procurement / buying within the beauty / personal care industry.
· Self motivated individual with energy and enthusiasm to drive results!
· Passionate about the beauty industry
· Proven negotiation and purchasing skills, experience of managing tender process and arrangements for effective SLA’s.
· Able to take ownership of projects, work independently and use initiative to find solutions
· A multi tasker who is a fast learner with ambition to grow and develop within wider business
· Be degree educated or equivalent
