- Lead, Develop and motivate a team of BDM's across the UK within the convenience channel
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Set KPI's, budgets and lead team to achieve these targets
- Manage Convenience accounts at HO, Booker, Spa, Londis etc
- Implement effective training plans
Profile
- FMCG Leadership experience is essential
- Strong Sales skills and ability to drive sales strategy
- Hands on approach - out in trade with team is key
- Ideally within the Convenience channel but flexible to other routes to market
