Excellent opportunity to join a premium tableware business

The company:

My client is a provider of premium tableware and barware sold through a network of distributors to premium end-users.

Our clients products are recognised for their high-quality products, these include porcelain, cutlery, glassware and barware.

The role:

This role is focussed on managing Key Distributor Accounts who are well established. The role will be working with these distributor sales teams to promote and recommend their full product range. Once established there will be the chance to target new business with end-users and then feed this back through the distributor partners.

Management of the distributor accounts and proactively seeking to increase sales with additional products or increases in volume. Strategically target new prospects and develop new business within these areas. Keep up to date with new developments within the Catering and Hospitality industry to win new business through new openings and refurbishment projects. Negotiate pricing to ensure a profitable growth in sales. Attend and participate in all trade fairs and other relevant trade events.

The person:

The successful candidate should demonstrate the following:

Sales experience in the hospitality and Foodservice sector.   Ideally and interest and passion for tableware. Experience of catering distributors. The ability to ‘think outside the box’ and work in a dynamic and proactive way to generate new business opportunities. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
