  • With compelling growth plans, they are now looking to strengthen their innovation pipeline with the recruitment of a Senior Brand Manager.

 

The role:

  • The Senior Brand Manager (innovation) will work with marketing, Insights and wider business unit team to develop category innovation strategy and from this the innovation platforms for growth
  • To develop insights which drive concept platforms which create the opportunity areas for future initiatives.
  • To develop and implement a 3-year Innovation vision and pipeline.
  • To work closely with the Packaging Technology, NPD and procurement teams to understand leading technologies available globally within the category arena.
  • To deliver successful initiatives, which hit gate 3 expectations and deliver against key business KPIs.

 

Ideal candidate:

  • FMCG marketing experience with an innovation focus
  • Commercially orientated
  • Proven track record of NPD and experience of innovation methodologies
  • Results focused
