A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a £multi-million food FMCG business supplying high quality products to a multitude of customers across the UK and Europe. Due to the business’ continued growth they seek to recruit a dynamic, driven and talented Field Sales Manager.
- You will responsible for creating and implementing the field sales plan in line with the wider commercial team
- Regular coaching, mentoring and training of the sales teams
- Development of key structures and processes such as reporting, target setting including key KPI’s, call file and account management, and effective route planning.
- Manage the commercial relationships with regional direct and indirect customers in conjunction with the field sales team.
- You will already be a Field sales manager with experience gained ideally within the FMCG industry
- Strong presentation and negotiation ability, you will thrive on growing business and dealing with customers at all levels
- The ability to coach, mentor and develop an effective sales team.
- The ability to adapt to new requirements, have a flexible approach to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication & influencing skills
