SALES CONSULTANT FOR A RED HOT DESK
Young Foodies is the leading service provider for high growth consumer businesses across the UK. It is most well known for our Community which supports more than 1500 brands and growing - this community fuels the rest of the business with brands to partner with.
Our recruitment function is only 3 years old and has grown explosively since launch - famous for hiring entire teams in the most successful new brands in the industry. This sits alongside a number of other services, from supply chain management, to team training, to sales and commercial support and more.
We are on track to double the size of the recruitment business this year due to a high volume of incoming roles through the Community. So we are looking to scale our team significantly over the coming months.
There are 2 red hot desks that we are looking for recruiters to lead.
- Sales - covering roles from £30-70k
- Marketing - covering roles from £30-70k
Both desks have a steady flow of inbound leads from awesome brands - just check out our website to see some of the businesses we work with.
This, combined with our awesome database and depth of partnership with our clients means we have a proven track record of high productivity per recruiter - £23k per month per recruiter based on the last 2 months average.

You must be skilled at identifying and landing incredible people in roles at FMCG challenger brands, whilst also developing collaborative relationships with brands and hiring managers. This is an opportunity to not only make a name for yourself and bill well, but to come in early in an entrepreneurial mission-led business.
We are open to many different profiles, if you've got a background in sales, business development or customer relations then you have lots of transferable skills and we would love to chat with you.
About the role:
The role itself will involve:
- Management of the end-to-end recruitment process, from taking and shaping role briefings with brands, to supporting candidates through the interview process to close.
- You will build consultative relationships and advise on the long-term hiring plans for our brands, so we continue to support their scaling in the right way.

- 25 days holiday + bank holidays and 1 extra day each year after 3 years of service
Office: Vauxhall, London (if based outside of London we would like you to come into the office at least once a month) - standard is 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
