We are currently working on a NAM assignment for an innovative global FMCG business. A market leader in the category, with a portfolio of some instantly recognisable house-hold brands. A highly collaborative and ambitious organisation with a culture that encourages creative thinking and challenging the status quo. 

Reporting to the Senior National Account Manager, you will utilise your entrepreneurial flair to supercharge the business unit by winning share of voice and category in major retailers and with shoppers & consumers. You will be responsible for overcoming obstacles and breaking down barriers to growth in x3 strategic customers and also delivering P&L, distribution and feature space targets. A high degree of resilience and results focus will be needed in return the company will support your personal objectives and help you achieve your career goals. 

If you have experience of branded National Account Management within FMCG coupled with the ability to build powerful partnerships with the major food multiples at all levels and communicate with impact and influence. You possess a true growth mindset and can demonstrate a strong track record of delivering high performance. It is also an opportunity for you to show your winning mindset coupled with a strong track record of making things happen and in-market execution. This is a high-profile role where you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Senior team and Board who are fully behind the growth of this area both with time and investment.
