Field Sales Solutions has an exciting opportunity for you to join them as an Executive Sales Manager!

Field Sales Solutions are a leading field marketing company. We represent the fastest growing confectionery company in the UK.  Whilst you will be employed by Field Sales Solutions, you will be assigned to work for one of our largest clients Ferrero.  Ferrero is a rapidly expanding FMCG that encompasses iconic brands such as Ferrero Rocher, Kinder, Nutella, Tic Tac, and Thornton’s!

In return for joining us as our Executive Sales Manager we can offer you a competitive salary of £29,000 p.a. + Up to 11.5% Bonus + Company Car

Ideal Location - Watford

Territory: South UK

What you will be doing as our Executive Sales Manager?

  • The effective training, direction, development, and motivation of a team of 7 BDEs to drive visibility and sales of Ferrero products within the nominated Impulse outlets – this is a great opportunity to take the first step into a people-management position
  • Drive team performance to achieve and exceed all KPIs Drive sales growth and return on investment in all outlets Developing and maintaining satisfactory performance standards in the Team through on-going training, motivation, and periodic evaluation. Working regularly in call with Team for purposes of field training, communication, and motivation.  Spending a minimum of 1 day with each Team member every 6 weeks. 2 days p/week in depot calls
  • Leveraging a competitive advantage in the marketplace and contributing to the delivery of all key financials, budgets and targets of Ferrero UK
      Delivering a return on investment within outlets on your defined geographical territory
  • Reporting weekly to Ferrero National Wholesale Manager in respect of Team performance.

What will you need to become our Executive Sales Manager?

  • Extensive knowledge of Cash & Carry and Independent retail sector Team direction experience Strong communication, negotiation & influencing skills Ability to think strategically Experience of working within a team environment Determination to achieve & willingness to continually learn Proven record of demonstrating initiative & delivering results Demonstrable commercial acumen IT Literate Ability to analyse data (team performance, sales trends etc) Positive and flexible attitude Results driven Willing to stay away
