National Account Manager

We are currently running an assignment for a fast growing, PE backed Health, Beauty & Wellness business who are looking to accelerate their growth in key markets.

The growth has been organic but bolstered by several acquisitions, bringing well recognised brands into the business.

We are now looking for a strategic hire, drive the growth of these brands, leading the expansion plans for the UK.

Main responsibilities:

You would have full strategic responsibility for a number of high-profile customers, developing and implementing commercial Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with customers as well as:

· Delivering profitable and sustainable sales growth

· Controlling budgets and forecasting

· Executing all promotional plans for product portfolio

· Liaising cross-functionally with NPD, Category and Marketing

· Building strong relationships with customer and key stakeholders

· Keeping up with key category trends and identifying new business opportunities



What we need from you:

· Commercial background within a large branded FMCG business, ideally non-food

· Previous classical training from a blue-chip business

· Strong commercial background, ideally currently a NAM or JNAM

· Ambitious and driven, someone who thrives on hitting targets

· Commercially astute with strong negotiation and presentation skills
