Description
- As a Category Development Manager you will support in the delivery of commercial objectives with a particular focus on Category strategy and activity
- Manage and deliver market data and actionable insight supporting both internal and customer-focused activities
- Working with a portfolio of leading brands, you'll own the channel / category strategy for a top 4 grocer
- Full responsibility for your own projects - setting key category objectives and initiatives
- Manage and deliver market and consumer data and insight from multiple sources including IRI, Kantar and IGD
- Establish and manage strong Category working relationships with all customers to include the delivery of day-to-day workstreams
- You'll increase brand presence in store through category captaincy
- Strengthening brands ensuring the right product, marketing and promotional activities are in place
- Create and communicate vision both to internal & external stakeholders

- Highly analytical, comfortable forecasting and working with a wide range of data to make fact-based decisions
- A background in sales or marketing, you're able to translate plans into customer marketing actions
