Country Sales Manager - Spirits
Description
The Country Sales Manager - Spirits will be responsible for looking after existing retailers, as well as support the growth and expansion of the UK business through multiple channels. They will develop strong customer plans as well drive relationships with key grocery customers but also look to develop a strategy for other channels such as wholesale, on-trade, horeca etc. This role is new and will be an exciting opportunity for someone who has already been successful in managing key retailers, but has also gone on to be more involved in growth strategies whilst at the same time maintaining the incremental growth of major customers.
Profile
The Country Sales Manager - Spirits will;
- have experience within the FMCG spirits, alcohol or drinks categories
- have experience of managing the major grocery customers, customer plans, strategy and a track record of growth either with challenger or mainstream brands in the category
- also come with experience of growing other channels e.g. wholesale, on trade, horeca etc (the main desirable experience will be in grocery however)
- strong sales and business development mentality and approach - must enjoy the vision of growth and creating / building something sustainable
- work remotely, with limited time expected in the head office (therefore home-office set up must already be in place) - therefore we are flexible on the successful candidate's location across England
Job Offer
circa £70,000 to £80,000 salary (package negotiable depending on experience) OTE and benefits
