- Sales and Service Manager required to manage and develop the sales and customer service team
- Develop sales strategy, sales material and CRM system to support the sales team

Description
- Learn and support the current CSA function within the business
- Review, document and design the off-line customer journeys (phone, sales team, events) from initial contact through each stage of the sales funnel
- Review the various sales and upsell mechanics, assess them vs the competitive set and a best inclass benchmark.
- Identify and implement improvements
- Review the need for a CRM system, provide insight and cost benefit analysis into alternatives
- Management of field sales customer database, data quality, measurement and re targeting
- Work in partnership with the Online & Digital Team to create a seamless omnichannel customer experience
- Analyse the sales data and create the KPI for department performance
- Create a team development and training plan to increase performance
Profile
- Educated to degree level (or similar), 5+ years of working experience in this sales/customer service
- Previous customer service, and telephone/field sales experience
- Experience of implementing and working with various CRM systems
- Department planning and future development, proactive resource planning
- Strong analytical capability for data analysis, insights and measurement of performance
- Previous management experience and team/individual development
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work across departments
- Ability to problem solve, bring new initiatives and engage with key business stakeholders to implement change
- Excellent use of Office 360, ERP systems, data manipulation tools etc
- Personal interest in the area of health and nutrition desirable
- Need to be within commutable distance to South Yorkshire.
