We’re a FoodTech scale-up with over £25mill of funding, and we want to revolutionise food delivery through the creation and franchising of virtual food brands (brands designed for delivery), operated by anyone that runs a commercial kitchen - we think there’s about 70,000 of them in the UK. We've grown massively in a short period of time and have operations in the UK, USA and UAE. We offer kitchen operators everything they need to sell our brands through delivery Apps whilst continuing to service their core customers.

In short, we’re defining the future of the food delivery market! Nobody’s growing as fast as us in the UK, and we’re looking for great people to join us on our journey.

Your Job:

Build our Enterprise Division

  • Our new Enterprise Division sits at the heart of our business. You will grow our UK presence by being agile and solution focused.

  • Identify and prioritise potential Enterprise leads across various sectors e.g. hotels, restaurant chains

  • Gain a deep understanding of the lead’s major challenges to then propose creative, data led, solutions, utilising our growing tech capabilities

  • Educate leads on what we do, how we do it and why we should be their preferred choice

  • Develop and pitch sales plans and solutions based on excellent business and functional analysis during the sales cycle, that results in the successful closing of enterprise-level deals 

  • Act fast and make it happen - the opportunities are endless
     

Nurture and Grow existing enterprise partners

  • Create joint business plans to drive new revenue within the enterprise and corporate accounts by collaborating across the business

  • Ensure smooth and monitored onboarding of new partners with clear performance metrics and targeted activation support

  • Drive ongoing and measurable improvements to our partner experience

  • Stay up to date with current industry trends

  • Participate in the development of our Enterprise Proposition strategy:

  • Pilot new commercial and operational models in line with our growth targets

  • Collaborate with our B2B Marketing Team in identifying and building relevant assets and partner marketing support

Maximise your impact and deliver results

  • Build strong relationships with internal departments to enable you and gain the support you require

  • Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets with Enterprise partners

  • Achieve monthly new account targets

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports

About You:

We’re looking for someone that can roll-up-their sleeves as well as manage a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels. We’ll need you to apply a calm, structured approach for us, and to be accountable for your Enterprise sales and performance KPIs.

  • You’re excited to work in a high growth, fast-paced startup environment.

  • 8+ years of B2B business development experience

  • You've previously held a role within a relevant market,  ideally in food service or food retail.

  • Blue chip, eCommerce, start-up experience are all a bonus.

  • Experience of managing complex partners, negotiating with senior leaders, and closing complex, long term deals

  • Process-driven and comfortable with data management platforms

  • A true collaborator and ability to liaise with Concept and Marketing to drive success

  • Excellent people skills - including skills required to build and maintain excellent client relationships

  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for both external partners' management as well as internal stakeholder

How We Work:

This is primarily a field based role, you’ll work from home visiting our partners. On Monday’s we get everyone together in our office in London for our Team Weekly meeting. We appreciate that where people are further afield this might not always be possible so we allow people to join the meeting via video conference too. We’ll also pay for your travel every time we ask you to come into London.
