Area Sales Branded Fashion Manager North UK + Remote Working
Company: Fast Growing Branded Jewellery and Fashion Accessories brand.
LOCATION: Area North East/North West/Midlands Live within easy access to M62/M1/A1 Corridors, with regular client visits and Trade show attendance throughout the year . 2/3 days per week remote working subject to Customer Account requirements/Field working.
SALARY: Excellent Salary by negotiation £26K/£28k basic + Car Allowance , commission scheme/ company benefits. Sales territory travel expensed by the Company. Own car required with mileage claim. Laptop/Ipad/mobile/phone provided.

A successful fast growing business based in Buckinghamshire, a premium brand in Fashion Jewellery, Accessories and Gift Ranges, both online and in Tourist Attractions, Museums, Department stores, Boutiques, Premium Gift Shops, Jewellers and Garden Centres.
An excellent opportunity for you to join a growing team early. We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Area Sales/Territory/Account Manager to join us and enhance the revenues through both existing and new customers covering the North of England./Midlands Territory. You will be required to retain and develop the relationships with our customers at Senior Buyer & Store Management level, whilst supporting the National Sales Manager. You would be responsible for helping to create your own leads and working on leads given to you via Head Office.
Job Role:
This role requires a keen individual who is already working in a branded Field Sales based role .
You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the existing in-house relationships with customers in the area specified, there will be travel throughout the territory. Selling new forward order Ranges existing lines. Retailer visits and video call meetings will account for the majority of your time spent in front of customers.
Prospecting & New Business is also is a key part of this role.
Communicate client feedback to the wider teams and business. Liaise with internal departments to ensure the relevant needs of our customers are met.
Working with the company CRM system, ensuring all client information is accurately maintained, in a timely manner and building reports and action plans to identify future opportunities.
Report into the National Sales Manager and Commercial Director, join weekly sales calls with National Sales Manager and Sales Agents as well as sales calls with the wider team. You should be able to present your achieved sales prospects and plan for the upcoming week.
Forecast sales for upcoming seasons/months in order to aid the buying team in product delivery. Attend all the UK shows as required.
Confidently and competently present your self and the product to customers using an Ipad System and product range samples.
Requirements:
- Ideally the candidate will already currently in or from a branded Gift, Fashion, Jewellery, Textiles/Homewares, Cards or a similar related industry.
- To be confident working in an ever changing environment, adaptable to change, and does well under pressure. Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Able to build relationships with buyers and internal staff.
- Ability to analyse Sales and Territory
- Ability to Produce Sales Report.
- Computer literate with skills in Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point
- Order Taking
- Be New Business focused and growthy orientated.
- Good negotiator
- Organised
- Full Clean Licence
- Establishment of strong and trusting working relationships with customers.
- Effective communication skills via face to face/telephone/email/teams/zoom.
- The ideal candidate would already be an experienced Area/Territory Sales Manager. within the Gift, Cards, Fashion, Jewellery Industries, Candidates with field sales from other industries will be considered also. Excellent Merchandising skills and an eye for detail/creativity.in Stores.
- All brand training will be provided. Work within a flexible and supportive team at a really exciting point of growth for the business.
- Communicationally you need to be confident, professional, friendly and fluent, memorable for all the right reasons, and able to use sound judgement to quickly build mutually beneficial conversational rapport.
- There will be a requirement to utilise office based I.T. / Customer Relationship Management systems and you will need to be aware of the importance to note all meeting content in meticulous detail.
- You need a current driving licence and be flexible to travel within your designated client area whenever the need may arise.
