We are a leading field marketing company, and we represent the fastest growing confectionery company in the UK – Ferrero! Our client, Ferrero’s brand portfolio encompasses Iconic brands Including the No.1 selling spread – Nutella!

We have a fantastic opportunity available! We're looking for an analyst based at Ferrero Head Office, Greenford and Field Sales Solutions in Thame (2 days each office & one day WFH).

In return for joining us as an Insights Analyst, we can offer you a competitive salary of £30,000 + benefits.

If you have experience with data and an advanced level of Microsoft Office skills, then we would love for you to get in touch. You would be delivering tactical objectives of the Ferrero Ireland Field Sales team. This is your opportunity to work for Field Sales Solutions, a leading field marketing company. We represent the fastest growing confectionery company who are currently expanding within the UK.  Whilst you will be employed by Field Sales Solutions, you will be assigned to work for one of our largest clients Ferrero.  Ferrero is a rapidly expanding FMCG Company that encompasses iconic brands such as Ferrero Rocher, Kinder, Nutella, Tic Tac, Thorntons, and Fox’s biscuits

What will you be doing?
 

  • Using a variety of sources (i.e. Market Data, Consumer Data, Trade Information and internal data collection from the field team) to create selling stories for channels/customers Making recommendations on where to invest resource, based on your analysis of promotional activity Supporting key drive activities and providing analytical wrap ups along with strategic recommendations Delivering the business priorities and KPIs (alongside Channel Heads) Regular Field visits to ensure consistency in ways of working between Field Execs and Field Operations

What you will need…

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office required, especially excel (experience of pivot tables required) Power BI experience an advantage Good head for numbers (A-Level Maths or above preferable) Strong communication skills Ability to deliver proposals based on analysis Experience of working within FMCG (Field Sales experience beneficial) A full clean UK driving license
