As Category Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the growth of some of their most high-profile accounts. This is truly an opportunity to shine within the business, and the chance for career progression is genuine. Responsibilities will include:

• Developing strong and positive relationships with key customers, utilising category insight to influence instore decisions
• Develop and maintain relevant category and store format reports and standardise on-going reporting practice, sharing best practice internally
• Implement category strategies and continuously communicate and liaise across internal Category teams to meet business objectives
• Influence product distribution, promotions, shelf space and merchandising plans

The successful candidate will be trusted to work with autonomy and hold responsibility for your own success. Key skills and attributes required for the role include:

• Proven track record of interpreting data and delivering business results
• Solid presentation and communication skills
• Ability to influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks
• Strong commercial acumen – highly numerate with excellent analytical skills
