Country Manager

East Midlands Head Office (1 day a week in office)

Up to £45,000

We are excited to once again partner with this internationally renowned health and nutrition brand that are dominant in their market. Their branding is immediately noticeable, and their product range is unique and innovative in the active lifestyle sector.

Due to growth, they are now recruiting for a European Country Manager to manage and develop Tier 2 and Tier 3 customer accounts. Working closely with the Head of Europe, you will be partnering with mainly distributors and some retailers – maximising opportunities for growth and delivering on customer expectations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Account Management responsibility for customers within your designated regions
  • Aligning output and new business generation with the company’s set strategies
  • Creating and implementing JBPS in conjunction with distribution partners
  • Collaborating with the wider sales and marketing team to ensure continuity and open lines of communication.
  • Utilising provided data, collating reports and tracking progress on set KPIs

The candidate specification:

  • Previous experience working with distributors, within FMCG or Consumer Goods
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to tailor approach
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and able to work independently
  • Adaptable and understanding of the ‘hands on’ mindset needed.
  • A passion for health and wellbeing is desirable!
