Description
  • You will have overall responsibility to develop and evolve customer strategic and tactical plans for Tesco.
  • You'll be able to do this using your experience of customer analysis, KPI reviews, SWOT analysis and forecasting, alongside input from internal teams.
  • You will be able to develop business to business relationships with customers by building a clear understanding of your customers through trust and communication. You will also facilitate multi functional relationships between the customer and the company to influence key decisions and align on specific goals.
  • To drive and influence a high performing sales team to create a competitive advantage in the market place for customers and consumers to achieve the overall business objectives.
  • You'll have overall responsibility of specific Grocery accounts and / or channel plans that cover your strategy, specific goals and sales tactics.
  • Working with all stakeholders across the business, at all levels to deliver the Sales KPI's, deliver commercial insight and influence the interface between the customer and the business


Profile
  • Ideally you will have experience working on the Tesco account
  • You will be able to demonstrate previous experience of maintaining excellent customer relationships, internally within a business and externally with customers.
  • It would be great if you have previous commercial experience in an FMCG environment (ideally 3 years).
  • Act as an integral leader - by coaching, supporting, challenging and influencing at all levels.
  • A key part of the role is developing and strong customer relationships & sales success - you will need to be able to talk through your strategic success stories.
  • You will be a self-motivated, driven and customer focused individual, ideally with a breadth of experience across the industry.


You will have a strong ability to establish and maintain effective relationships at all levels within the business.
