Role: Brewery Operations Manager

Location: London

Salary: £30,000-£40,000 DOE

This is a great opportunity to oversee the day to day operations, logistics, warehousing and distribution for one of the most unique and interesting Brewers in London, that have undergone a period of deserved and continuous growth. They are a London Living Wage employer and Work in Progress Brewery that strives for diversity. They are currently trialling a 4 day week, that has so far been well received by the employees and are looking to continue it for the future.

Reporting to our Directors and working closely with our Head Brewer and Head of Sales, you will also be responsible for our Logistics & Dray team. This is a key role in meeting our growth expectations over the next three to five years and they’re seeking a highly skilled individual who is passionate about beer, people and community.

Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Management of our operational strategy across the brewery side of the business.
• Maintenance of efficient brewery management software and inventory.
• Liaison with Sales and Brewhouse on forecasting, schedule, packaging and deliverables.
• Lead the Logistics, Warehouse & Dray team.

They are in need of someone who is self motivated with an ability to multi task and prioritise workloads. You will be an efficient organiser and problem solver with excellent communication skills. It is imperative to the role that you have experience of logistics and warehouse management at an operational level.
