Senior National Account Manager – Premium Retail & HORECA

Specialty Coffee supplier

Field based

Salary & benefits - Up to £60k + great package

 

The Company:

  • We are working with a premium end leading coffee business that has a rich story and a real point of difference.
  • They have grown significantly over the last 20 years and are now looking to further that organic growth – but do so in a strategic way and surrounded by the right people.
  • A major driver of growth has been Coffee Shop Chains and High end retailers and some co-manufacturing accounts to businesses across the UK.
  • We are now looking for an experienced Account Manager to cultivate and growing existing relationships/accounts.

The Role:

  • We are looking for an experienced & ambitious sales manager in the coffee category
  • Field based, your focus will be developing their HORECA growth strategies selling beans and fully supported coffee solutions into regionals up to major national chains in the out of home channel
  • This is not about starting from scratch though. You will inherit plenty of momentum and an exciting account portfolio.

Ideal candidate:

  • A specialty coffee background is a strong advantage, but what’s most important is that you are a super relationship build and proven account cultivator.
